Our Norfolk St Project was a storage project for a great family. It was designed starting with our most popular Lifestyle Series and configured for their home storage needs. The need for yard equipment and seasonal storage is a common issue in the Northwest because of the weather. This is a modern style with all the features needed including integrating the current electrical systems, beautiful 4' transom window, 3'x3' window, steel keypad locking door, and 30-Yr roof.

This build had some unique challenges because there was an old deteriorating shed in its place that we removed to make room for the new build. We also wanted to incorporate the space into the yard without altering the flow in and out of the side yard.
