Hastings Pl Project was our Storage Series - but even though it's a storage shed, it came with multiple upgrades to provide a unique and functional storage space. Upgrades include a 4' transom window, oversize steel exterior out-swing door, fiber-cement lap siding, and gutter system.

This build was needed due to a severe lack of exterior storage for yard equipment, supplies, and patio furniture during the winter months. This storage shed had to meet strict HOA guidelines and feel like a natural part of the home.
